VANESSA JEFFERSON (founding partner) is a multifaceted creative force —songwriter, A&R, executive producer, and visionary. Having watched her sister Lizzo rise to fame over the last decade, she developed a sharp ear for talent and a passion for genre-blending. She has collaborated with a wide range of artists including Sorn, AleXa (Zany Bros), Kevin Woo, and more. Vanessa’s latest endeavor—a groundbreaking fusion of K-pop and country music—represents four years of dedication to pushing sonic boundaries and building bridges between cultures. Her work continues to shape fresh narratives in global pop music.
SAM SZND (founding partner) is a cross genre songwriter and producer with multiple platinum K-Pop hits including “Glitch Mode” for NCT Dream and “Videohood” for NCT Wish. A Louisiana native, Sam pulls at the threads of soulful pop and Americana frequently, hopping not only between musical styles, but musical cities like Nashville and Seoul. She’s been an accredited vocalist alongside Katseye, a featured vocalist alongside Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, and is one of the main creative brains behind Building the Band winning girl group 3Quency’s debut album Girls Talk.
ADIEN LEWIS (creative partner) is a multi-platinum singer-songwriter and producer known for his versatile work in R&B, electronic, and pop music, with a significant footprint in the K-Pop industry. Adien's notable songwriting and production credits include the award-winning K-Pop song "MOVE" by Taemin (of SHINee), as well as contributions to tracks for artists such as BTS, NCT Dream, Taeyeon, Jackson Wang, Kevin Woo and many more. He also features as a guest vocalist on releases for DJs, some of which have charted internationally. Adien is recognized for his ability to quickly deliver quality songs, vocal reference demos, and mixes.
